Terms of Use
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of Oprenta, a booking and customer-management platform for service businesses. By creating an account or using Oprenta, you agree to these terms.
This is a draft prepared during early development. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be reviewed before Oprenta is used for real customers or real payments.
1. The service
Oprenta lets a business (a "tenant") manage customers, services, and bookings, invite team members, and — where enabled — accept payments and send SMS/email notifications through third-party providers. Oprenta is provided on an as-is, evolving basis; features described in our materials may not all be available yet.
2. Accounts and access
You're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Sign-in uses one-time email links or Google/Facebook sign-in rather than a password — keep access to your email or connected account secure. If you invite someone to your business, you're responsible for the role you grant them; roles determine what they can see and do within your business's data.
3. Your business's data
Customer, booking, and related records you enter belong to you. We store and process them on your behalf to provide the service and do not use them for our own purposes. You're responsible for having the right to store and process any customer data you enter — including getting any consent required under applicable law before adding someone's contact details.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Oprenta to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, to store data you don't have the right to hold, to attempt to access another business's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Payments
Where a business enables payment collection, payments are processed by Xendit under Xendit's own terms. Oprenta does not hold your funds or store full card details. Any subscription fees for using Oprenta itself, if introduced, will be described separately at the time they apply.
6. Third-party services
Oprenta integrates with services including Google, Facebook, Resend, Semaphore, and Xendit. Your use of sign-in or notification features backed by those services is also subject to their own terms.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Oprenta and request deletion of your account or business at any time — see the Data Deletion section of our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms or creates risk to the service or other users.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Oprenta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or missed bookings, beyond amounts actually paid to Oprenta for the service in the preceding three months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
